Hitachi NAS Platform 3090 System
The Hitachi NAS Platform 3090 is powered by BlueArc and is an advanced and integrated network attached storage solution. It uses a hybrid core architecture that efficiently combines capacity across multiple applications and simplifies storage management for companies with mid-level storage needs without compromising scalability and performance. The Hitachi NAS Platform 3080 is designed for high efficiency content indexing and “intelligent file tiering” which enables policy-based migrations of data and content among storage archive tiers.
The Hitachi NAS Platform 3090 uses a unique hardware accelerated file system that is powered by BlueArc that delivers “no compromise” system performance and scalability with multiple levels of virtualization. This allows it to overcome the complexities of large scale file system management and data availability within the latest commercial applications like Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Oracle. The Hitachi NAS Platform is a powerful tool for sharing files or consolidating existing file sharing solutions.
